Austrian New Wave recording artist Claudia Robot records her first English language album in Memphis, Tennessee.
NOTES
This special album was created at Ardent Studios in Memphis. Bertram and William Brown sing backup vocals. William originally sang with the Stax group "The Mad Lads". Jim Dickinson plays keyboard on the song "Time". Jodie Stevens, drummer of the band "Big Star", shops the record in L.A. "Phantom Lover" gets an initial interest from Bonnie Raitt. Klaudia also records tracks in Nashville for this professional musical project. It is directed by Jim Lancaster of Playground Studios in Florida. She performs with studio musicians as well as musicians of the band "The Bluebeats" (a Memphis, Tennessee band) Most of her songs are co-written by Rico Heard who performs with her in a band called "The Wolfgang". They write and perform as an acoustic duo, in local clubs. More to come from "Klaudia and Rico" real soon.
